Cancelation Policy
- Once the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
- When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification at the registered email address with the following statuses: Under Review – Order Being Processed – Shipped.
- If the order status becomes Order Being Processed, meaning the shipping label has been printed, no modifications or additions can be made to the order.
- If you wish to cancel the order and the status is still Under Review (before the order is prepared), you can contact us via WhatsApp at +971508473275 or email at info@contessab.com to initiate the cancellation process. Please provide the customer service representative with the following information:
- Full name used in the order.
- Order number.
- Phone number used in the order.
- The product can be returned within two days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
- The product must be unused and sealed tightly as it was when received.
- The store is not responsible for delivery delays by the shipping company, and a refund cannot be requested if the delay is due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or any negligence by the delivery company.
- There is no exchange or return for international shipments.
- The product cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been opened or used, and we are not responsible for misuse of the product or incompatibility with the customer’s skin or hair.
- The product will not be exchanged if there is misuse or improper storage by the customer, as the products must be stored in a cool and dry place.

Refund Process:
- If payment was made by credit card or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the same card or account. Please note that the process may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
- If payment was made upon delivery, we will contact you to obtain your bank account details.
In Case of a Complaint About Missing Products:
We have documented images of all orders before shipping. If there is a complaint about missing items, please provide a video showing the unboxing of the order. The video will be reviewed by the “Contessa Beauty” team, and if the products match the invoice, no additional products will be sent. In case of an actual shortage, the customer will be compensated.
Additional Note: Orders cannot be canceled during sales or when using seasonal discount codes.
